Customer Satisfaction Information
We want to make sure you are happy with your flowers. If you have any issues please contact us right away at info@marthajanesflowerfarm.com or 614-371-6242. We require photos or other approved documentation for replacement requests.
For bouquet subscription services: We understand if you are unable to receive your weekly order. You can reschedule one delivery per subscription. To accommodate this change we must be notified within 4 days of the delivery date at info@marthajanesflowerfarm.com If you need to cancel your subscription please notify us at info@marthajanesflowerfarm.com. Any bouquets scheduled for delivery within 7 days of cancellation request cannot be refunded and will be charged. But requests for cancellation more than 7 days in advance of delivery date can be refunded in full.
We are happy to consider all other requests regarding product satisfaction on an individual basis. We welcome your feedback, so please reach out with any and all questions, comments, and curiosities.
